FAN, Flexible power Alliance Network is a partnership involving several large Dutch energy sector organisations. We are actively involved in energy transition and we are pioneers in Smart Energy. FAN brings together leading companies and European players in the energy sector with the aim of achieving open standards in order to be able to unlock as much flexibility as possible for a sustainable and affordable energy system.
FAN and our FAN partners are involved in all kinds of smart energy system projects, from small pilots to large-scale European projects. We share our expertise, technology and frameworks to jointly facilitate an efficient transition to sustainable energy!
FAN also organises events, workshops and lectures such as FLEXCON, FlexForward and WattsLocal.
We cannot make flexible energy available on our own. We have to do it in partnership with policy makers, equipment manufacturers, energy providers, aggregators and grid operators.
